I've put together a little how-to for installing the Metco Upper & Lower Extended Control Arms. I had the complete rear housing out of my car for a gear change and cleaning so the upper arms were fairly easy. Installing them with the housing in the car is a little more difficult but with patients and the help of a friend it shouldn't be to bad.
